4.0 Warranty Solutions
4.1 Product malfunctions are resolved by repair and, where practicable, we may attempt to diagnose and resolve your Product malfunction via the Internet, telephone or other remote assistance. If some problems can be solved by you installing specified software updates or replacements, we will instruct you to obtain and install such software updates or replacements. If the above methods are not available or do not resolve the problem, you may send the device for repair or ship it to your nearest Turner Micro service station for local repair.
4.2 If the original product is discontinued for reasons such as upgrading, it will be replaced by default with an alternative model whose performance is not inferior to that of the original product, and the treatment will be free under warranty.
5.0Replacements and Returns
5.1 Return service, within 7 days from the date of the first purchase (inclusive), if the purchased product performance failure occurs, after the test by TNA Micro service engineers to confirm that the failure is caused by the problem of the product itself, you can choose to return the product, exchange it or repair it free of charge.

8.0 Limitation of liability
If TNA Micro is in breach of contract or otherwise liable, you may seek damages from TNA Micro. However, TNA Micro's liability is limited to your actual direct damages, and TNA Micro shall not be liable for: (i) any amount in excess of the price actually paid by you for the product; (ii) any costs and expenses associated with obtaining substitute goods, technology, services or rights; (iii) damage to or loss of data; or (iv) damages resulting from interruptions or delays in use. This limitation of liability also applies to product sellers and service providers. This is the maximum limit of liability for Turner Micro and the seller of the product and the service provider. 9.0 Nationwide Warranty Service
The warranty hereunder applies only to products sold within the jurisdiction of mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) and is provided only within that region.
10.0 General Terms and Conditions
This document is formulated and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the mainland Chinese jurisdiction. In this document, law refers to the current national legal normative documents with enforcement effect, warranty is equivalent to guarantee or quality assurance, statutory warranty refers to the national regulations applicable to your products, and the time limits mentioned are interpreted in accordance with the provisions of the law regarding time limits. If any provision of this document is ruled to be partially or wholly invalid by a legal authority having jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of the other parts, and the rest of this document shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that it has not been ruled invalid.
